Charge you $140 just to turn up. Don’t be fooled by the promise of “No extra cost after hours” - their fees and charges are significantly higher than anyone else during normal business hours.When they turned up they told me they “had” to do a “full service” of my a/c before they could diagnose any problems - all for the bargain price of $2900!They also suggested that replacing a fan motor would cost $3500. After telling them to leave I contacted other more reputable firms who confirmed my suspicion that this company is a rip off.Absolutely appalling business practices and they should be avoided at all costs.

Wow I feel stupid as I have made the mistake of using this company twice now with the same result.Firstly you have to pay $140 for someone to visual the product with no experience and will only offer more expensive services to make a buck.I was just quoted $3500 for a new wall mount system which to buy new cost $700 . The unit probably only needs a thermostat but this company has no intention to fix your unit especially on the first visit.My advice to customers - Stay away these guy are only plumbers .

SA 78436We recently had issues woth our air conditioning unit and were lucky to get Mith from Metropolitan air conditioning to come out to fix the issue. He was great and explained everything up front and no pushing sales that weren't needed. Highly recommend.

$140 for a 10min visit, they won't spend more than that looking at the problem, They will give you two options, option 1 try to fix it. Maybe it works after, maybe not. Option 2 replace the whole unit. If Option 1 it doesn't work the cost (1300) will go into the cost of option 2. Option 2 for me was a whole new 8kw unit and install which would cost me 8k it's a single story unit with a 3m lead from inside to outside ground mounted unit. It took me all of 5mins with a quick google to see they were asking for more than 70% more of any other installers within the area

Sent out Electrician for an Air con repair after I prepaid $120. Serviceman had no idea how to fix and told me I need to pay $1200 for a Refrigeration mechanic to perform a full system service. Why didn’t they send him first….
