Was a regular customer at this place for many years, along with two other rental shops.They were not very customer service oriented, but had equipment I needed, and like the other shops I could pay weekend rate. Which meant I paid for 2 days, but since they were closed Sunday, I could use the equipment for 3 days.One long weekend, 5-day holiday, I attempted to rent an excavator like other times. Pay for 2 days and return the equipment when they opened 5 days later.The manager refused to rent even after I agreed to pay for 3 days.
