Too much glass and chrome. Very dated and cold. Too cluttered. Death by cushion. It was not only me guests. And friends of all ages were also disappointed. The out door area was miserable. I had before stylist a nice table with 4 chairs. They provided 2 chairs and small drinks table too small and miserable.

In one word 'Pristine'. Easily and by far the best in the business. Hardly Tom were seamless & professional from end to end. From their first visit and consultation through to delivery of staging furniture to help sell our house and then wrap up to remove. There was at least 6-8 people involved and each representative from Hardly Tom was 100% buttoned down in terms of how to deliver top-shelf staging. Every one was super helpful, happy, useful, kind, and oh so well-mannered. Most of all... the styling was second to none. Even better was the minimal nature of the treatment. Nothing over cooked or overdone. Less is more not only equals better styling but it costs less as well! I believe the return we got on our investment was was probably somewhere between 50 to 100 times the styling & rental investment.

We used Hardly Tom to sell our house, with a partial style. There was a minimum spend which made this quite expensive and we were underwhelmed by the quality of the furniture especially the rug. We have a small dog who got some dog hair on the couch and so they refused to refund the 300$ bond. When we pointed out that their bed (with no felt on the legs) had scratched our new oak floors they didn’t care and did everything they could not to refund the bond.
