Ground way to rough for 52mm wheels, please council upgrade the park

Really good park, plenty of options. Not as good as some but a lot better than others. Great for beginners as well.

Location is good and has a good bit of space but is poorly laid out. The bike track is sketchy and boring at the same time. So much potential but needs improvement from people who now how to build a good track. Need to get the trailworx people out here. Otherwise, not worth visiting.

This place is terrible and has been for over 15 years, I wish the council would rebuild it. Transitions are so messed up.

skatepark has a flatbar and a ledge but apart from ramps its more better for a bmx bike over a skateboard

A small skate park but a nice quiet spot to skate. Plenty of paths and shady trees. Close to buses and train. Next to river.

Worst skatepark ever! Has a massive 'thing' in the middle that is a waste of space, the ground is rougher then sandpaper and half the ramps are made of metal. Please fix it whoever the local member is because it's a massive disappiontment.

Terrible transitions on the park and the mosquitos are like a plague. Went to the kids playground and got bombed by the resident Maggie. Frightened and upset kids...

Not a bad park for beginners and the advanced, its old now, but not bad shape.The snake in the middle has steep transitions which are a challenge for scooters and offer a range of options for skaters. Worth a check out.

Not the best park but its an old favourite.Thrasher style Park, with a few do it yourself add ons from a couple of handy skaters.The metal ramps are the best thing to learn on and play around with, even though 1 of them has been recoated with concrete which has made the coping a few millimeters smaller.The park definitely has character and its rugged edges and rough transitions from flat to banks will have you working on your style.Few people will ride this park these days as the various other newer parks around Brisbane attract the crowds.Don't be shy, scared, unsure or even worried about riding this park, I've lost blood and got glass all through my hands, partied here (a lot), punched on with wackos and met life long mates at this park.Why should you care, 1 reason, it's old school Toombs, the 1 & only.
