Only been once and the burgers were pretty good. Not priced like many gourmet burger shops, quite reasonable. Deep fried apple bites were like mini Macca's apple pies, yum.

Got takeway on the weekend for the first time since before xmas. Previous experiences here were good but the product quality seems to have gone down hill.Unfortunately the burgers patties seemed much thinner and drier than before. Considering the price now >$20 for a burger chips and drink we were all pretty dissappointed.The chips at least were hot and fresh.

Made two orders on two consecutive nights (25th and 26th May at Elemorvale).1st order was missing onion rings from the bbq beef deluxe burger and also missing chocolate sauce from the churros. 2nd order again missing onion rings on burger and also missing the hollandaise sauce. Here is a photo of the burger. Called up after the 2nd time to raise the issues. Was told manager would call me be the following day. Been a couple weeks now and still no call. Poor service and food given the price.

If your looking for a late night coronary this is the place to go. It was very busy with customers, but only 1 staff member when we arrived (another arrived while we were there). The menu board only showed part of all the things available, which we did not realise, (check website before ordering). The loaded fries were pretty standard, but the grated cheese was not nice. Came desperate for some dinner after a long day. might only return if that desperate again.

Ordered form here a week or so ago, the lady we ordered from was cold and unfriendly. Didn't relay the order to us, although we ordered extras and spent extra money for the add ons we got. Got the totally wrong order, none of the extras we asked for, I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a plain hamburger that wasn't great. The chicken burger we got was bland and tasted funny. Disappointing to say the least

Had a Troppo Burger, Chios and nuggets. Very impressed - I don’t usually go for burgers but wanted to support a new business. Big thumbs up from myself and my daughter. The nuggets were hot and fresh, and large in size. The chips were lovely and crunchy. And the burger was delish - really liked the sauce. I’d probably get extra pineapple next time. The photo doesn’t do it justice as I’d already devoured most of it!

Very ordinary they use Brioche buns which aren't really meant for a Buger there chips are very ordinary. When they first opened the chips and Burgers were great but sadly no longer unfortunately I can't recommend this place.

Burger patty was hard and burnt. Got the tiniest piece of bacon ax you can see in attached image under cheese. The lady that served me was quite judgmental. There are some toppings and sauces I can’t eat due to health reasons so I got plain meat and cheese only. “Oh no, how can you eat it like that?!” she said with the eye roll and grimace. I do fine thanks hun. That is my preference and I expect to get what I pay for without the remarks.

Always love coming down to see the crew at BC, such a great little local business. They're always spot on with my order, the food is always *super* yummy & its always a nice atmosphere to come to.The wait times are more than fair, the prices are great & again, just damn good food. Keep it up! :))
