Asked for a blow-wave and specified to two separate staff members I wanted it with some body in it and definitely NOT straight….walked out with straight hair that looked worse than when I went in. Staff rude

This is my second perfect haircut with Carmen. Couldn't be happier. Perfect layers, lovely movement, and most importantly,i was fit in straightwaway amd my cut was done and dusted within 30 min of showing up. Awesome prices too. Highly recommend. I used to pay hundreds of dollars for a cut at Oscar Oscar and would get disappointed 3 times out of 4. Carmen has done a much better job for a fraction of the time and money.

Popped in for a quick trim on a mop that hadn't been cut in over 3 months. I was really happy with the outcome and excellent price. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Went in for a cut before reading the reviews, I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. In my experience, the hairdresser took her time cutting my hair and asking for my feedback for the length and bangs. Although she did need some guidance from other hairdresser because she didn't really understand English. Got charged $50 because my hair is long, got the short-medium cut as I wanted by showing them a reference picture. Will probably go back here when I'm due a haircut.

I had a very poor experience here & I won't be returning.They accept walk in's, so no need for an appointment. At first, things seemed okay, they offered me a seat while I waited for the hairdresser, nothing unusual. But once the hairdresser was ready, it went downhill.The first thing she did was apologise for her broken English skills - I followed along and apologised for my lack of Mandarin. My haircut is very simple, with clippers for the majority of it - wasn't concerned about the broken English. Turns out I should have been - it took 3 staff members to translate number 2 on the sides and back" & show the hairdresser how to fit the number 2 attachment to the clipper.Thankfully

I made an appointment the day before for a trim and blow wave. It took me a while to make sure the hairdresser understood what I wanted. After that I got a good hair cut at a very good price by today's standards. This is a no-frills salon. It is not a pampering" hair salon experience at Classic Hair Design. You will get a good

Do not go here!!! This middle aged woman who was cutting my hair had absolutely no idea what she was doing!The way she was holding the trimmer and scissors, it seemed like she was freaking out to use them. Absolutely pathetic hair cut. Never ever going here again!

Hi my name is Annie and I just cut my hair few hours ago, and I really disappointed with this place and hair dresser. This hair dresser was extremely unprofessional and didn’t take care of my hair and me as well. While cut my hair, he is sometimes having a look phone and also coughing on my hair ( WT..x), I tried to make him understand what I want my hair and explained but he doesn’t look like understood and he couldn’t speak English any simple word. I felt so upset because everything is gone bad and I complained to the counter and Owner. Plus, it was 40$ worth for hair cut but I don’t think it’s that worth at all. Thanks for this experience, and hope you guys improve a lot for the customer! :(

Most pathetic service ever. Just done haircut of my 3years old daughter. I went to near closing time and as soon as we enter, the lady hair dresser starred at us like we disturbed their peace. She was no willing to service us and manager was also not around. She just wanted it to be over as quickly as possible. I asked her to broom the area around the chair because hairs from last customer was everywhere but she didn't listen. Very rude attitude, didn't understand a single word I'm trying to tell and she keeps doing what she wants to do. She just want it to finish. Guys please do a favor to yourself and stay away from this place.
