Our absolute favourite place In Melbourne. Amazing coffee, reasonably priced, and really friendly staff. Always make you feel welcome and provide a lovely service. The food looks really good too!!!

Stopped in to get a coffee in the morning and loved it. Though the price was a little high with the add on of Oat milk it was worth while for a good quality coffee. They have all kinds of milks and a selection of snacks and drinks on offer.The space itself is beautiful with a cute spot out the back to sit in the sun or a lot of nice space indoors. Very quiet spot with room to sit and work, and serves coffee from 7am to 7pm which is great. All in all wonderful little nook worth stopping by.

Yummy sharing plates and baclava! A genuinely warm and flexible space. Great coffee!We had an awesome function with 17 people.Sam was able to take care of the catering and provided a beautifully peaceful space for our event.

We've walked past this place frequently but never stepped in. One fine morning, we were looking for breakfast and happened to stumble into this place and I must say... Wow!The unassuming shop front gives way to a very warm and welcoming Middle Eastern cafe. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was simply amazing!Do try their Arabic coffee which is served in a traditional dallah (Arabic coffee pot)!

We were initially excited to try this cafe due to high reviewsBut to our surprise there is nothing authentic or freshWe ordered ful mdamas (fava beans) which was straight from the and tastelessFalafel is same as the frozen one’s u get from supermarket and taste awful!Shakshoka with eggs it doesnt look fresh it it also does not taste fresh , is the worst we have tried so far, even eggs taste bad!Same goes for Hummus (from a can!) even the tomato and cucumbers look old!disappointedOne star all it deserves as the only thing good here is the service, the waitresses are very kind Nd have a big smile.

Nice middle eastern cafe. The owners are super cool, welcoming and open minded. Their coffees are amazing, definitely the best on Balaclava, great food and dips. Not to mention, their homemade sweets are sensational. Definitely worth a try !Laurent

Beware the chilli in the Sujuk is not to messed with. It put my spice tolerance level to shame and almost made me cry. And I literally had the tiniest bit. As for the meal itself, minus the chilli, although it tasted delightful fresh sadly it was overall bland hence my decision to add the chilli.The chai did not really impress either. It was spiced rather strongly and while I love my chai I could not appreciate this one.But not all was lost as I also had the menengic. Not really coffee but absolutely delicious ! Definetly one of the more interesting and delicious drink I have had and will return for .

Brilliant. The people working here super nice and very genuine, a pleasure. The iced mocha was a meal in itself. I got some Turkish delights for takeaway and OMG they are great. I'll have to go back and get the bigger box and more of everything else they had in the window.
