Monsoon Pools

I asked for a quote for a design and construct plunge pool. Solid quote with no allowances, loads of input from Craig all very helpful. Drew up a scale draft of the pool in the area which again was professionally done. I had about 5 contractors look over the site for drop in precast and built onsite.I'll go with Moonsoon Pools, his pricing was competitive, though mainly the communication was what mattered..I'll update when built, though I am left in no doubt it will be a top quality with no extras..Thks Moonsoon.

From the get go, monsoon pools were top class in every aspect of the pool construction, design and build.Craig came out and spent time going through the whole process of developing a design that suited our needs .Tony has been managing the build of the pool, and himself, along with his crew have been amazing to deal with. Thier crew had the hole dug, steeled out and sprayed in 3 days.We had 4 or 5 different companies that we dealt with before signing up with Monsoon, and we know we clearly made the right choice of companies as it has been absolutely seamless and we have been blown away by Thier service.I would recommend Tony and his crew to anyone that is thinking of getting a pool installed. 5 stars in every way

Our pool build with Steve and Carl from Monsoon Pools went smoothly from start to finish. We found Steve to be professional and caring and attentive. He has a great team working for him and delivered a quality product with no delays, it was easy to communicate with him and nothing was too much trouble. We had 5 pool builders quote on this job, some were very rude and some too expensive - Monsoon pools were very competitive and always courteous. Thanks Steve

Really happy with our pool. A couple of hiccups along the way but happy with the way Steve the owner came out and sorted the issue. Seemed like a very nice bloke. Would recommend.
