Dror showed up at our apartment unannounced without us having made a booking, and then berated us over the phone for not being available. When we wanted to make another appointment, he refused to do it at a time we were available, claiming he spent too much time in traffic the first time. So we agreed that our landlord would be able to let him in instead of us, made a new appointment, prepared the house....this time Dror doesn't show up! Ridiculously unprofessional
