It's no wonder why these guys have so many 5 star reviews. Bernie, Pete and Glen moved our items with great care and were very friendly. They worked hard and didn't muck around so we definitely got value for money. They are honest guys too! We had a scratch on the door and one of the crew pointed it out to me as he wasn't sure if they caused it (it was not them). A lot of people would not be so concerned and we really appreciated that.If you are looking for a removalist, I can only give my highest recommendation for Smooth Moving Solutions. The name says it all.Thanks again Jake, Bernie, Pete and Glen. Your hard work was much appreciated.

Changing to 1 star.My wife and I live in a very small two bed apartment, we have minimal furniture as we only use one bedroom with the other being a study. Originally quoted 2.5 hours max at approximately $438.00. The mo ers were extremely lazy, there was always one mover stilling in the truck watching videos on his phone (who also tried to advertise his own moving company)As there was only one person moving things, he also tried lifting our 75 TV alone which was subsequently damaged and exerything was poorly secured in the truck

I have had a storage unit here for almost a year, and it has been extremely convenient! Usually pretty quiet, and I am able to access my belongings at any time. The team have been very accommodating when needed, and helpful if I had any questions. Th insurance also added an additional level of comfort/confidence in the safety of my items. The management systems is completely good, even the storage conditions is good & clean, safe and comfortable place cleaned from any harmful insecthan or moisture to create harmful destroying any items which you keep it in there.
