The team are beyond amazing and my experience with all of them was great from the first enquire through to the finalisation of my account, Melanie is both understanding, professional and very supportive which I really needed at such a hard time in my life. Hillary was both understanding and also supportive. I looked for months for storage and the prices here were unmatched by anywhere else in Melbourne. The space itself was clean and my things were safe which was very reassuring. If you are looking for storage you won’t find a better group of people to assist you than those of city west storage.Thank you all for your help and for being the best in the business.

Excellent facility, well managed and reasonably priced. We had 1 container for 3 years and needed an additional one for 9 months. The team accomodated both situations without fuss.

We booked a storage container from City West early last year when we were downsizing and couldn't decide what to keep and what to get rid of. We had planned to rent the storage for 4-6 months but ended up using it for 18 months! The main reason for this was the easy access to the storage container and the awesome advice and assistance we got from the support staff at City West whenever we required help. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that wants to use a storage facility.
