Fremantle Passenger Terminal
Good location close to the train station. Unfortunately the overhead bridge at this time is under renovations. Should consider an under railway tunnel connection to the terminal for a lesser visual impact then the bridge would create.

Helpful friendly staff (maybe some volunteers) welcomed us as soon as we arrived. Easy processing. Plenty of room and chairs for all in the waiting area. Inside and outside areas. Coffee and cool drinks available for purchase.

Staff were great but the facility could do with a face lift. No facilities except for a poor old lady trying to serve people coffee and drinks.

Wow...so disorganised. Staff very friendly but there must be a better way to do this? Call me if you need a business analyst. The whole process can be improved

Easy to traverse. Escalators, lifts. Ample parking, pickup and dropoff areas. Older building but adequate. Pedestrian bridge over railway line currently closed off.

Basic facilities... cruise ship was 4 hours late, so terminal staff were under pressure. But staff were very friendly and helpful.

Born in WA but first time visited and I'm in my 60's. Shocking I know but I thought the Terminal was great..except for no down escalator.

Fantastic service and organisation - the transition from Coral Princess to passenger terminal was so quick. When we got off the ship there was a band playing - just wonderful reception! We collected our luggage in the designation area and waited for our taxi.
