Wait in line, no staff behind the counter. A few minutes later they come out from the back. Lady served a person in front of me, second staff member looked at me clearly I was next then turned and served a lady that was off to the side. A simple who was next would suffice. Will no longer be a Brumbys bakery customer this isn't the first time. Sausage rolls at the puma are better and cheaper.
