When I went to take in my phone to have the battery replaced I was a bit worried but both Angela & Mai did an amazing job to assure me that it was a good idea, they did a great job at replacing my phone battery and their customer service was perfect, if I’m ever down that way again and need some help with my phone then I know who I’ll be going to, thanks guys ☺️✌️

Absolutely appalling. Took our iPad in to fix a minor crack in the screen. Picked it up and the iPad touch screen does now not work at all. The button we cannot push down. This was meant to be a Christmas present and we couldn’t give it to them because it was damaged. Do not go here. We should have read the reviews before we went in.

Replaced my phone charger port on the spot. Great service and highly recommend them.

Definitely stay away. Took my working phone in today. After an hour my phone was now not working. Customer service non existence. They even admitted fault but couldn't and wouldn't help. They ended up calling security because I requested their manager details and refused to give it to me. Even security sided with me and told them they had to provide details to me. Stay away. Pay the extra and go to Samsung or Apple. Won't make same mistake again.

Customer service provided to me was worst. I asked them to change my display which costed $150 but after changing the display it got damaged again the same day. After that I asked them to change it again, they told me that it wasn’t their fault that display got damaged it was my fault. #6monthswarranty was nothing but to catch the customers attention. They do not follow what ever they guarantee. I recommend every customer not to but anything from here. There service is worst, it’s just a waste of money.

No apology after their screen protector was coming off 24 hours after being placed on.

Very helpful and professional.Was quoted $88 -$120 by a few other phone shops at Fountain Gate to replace the speaker in my IPhone. The lady working there asked if she could try something first to which I agreed.She cleaned the speaker with a small brush and some cleaning fluid. Now it works perfectly and all while I waited.

Appalling Customer Service from the manager, was told by the staff that if I purchase a $35 screen protector and if I had issues, I can come back. screen protector has been bubbling up on the sides, it has been replaced twice (on the same day it was purchased) as the lady working at the time was unable to put it on properly and the second time wouldn't stick.I called prior going back asking if this can be fixed and the lady I spoke to on the phone said to just come back in, when I arrived, she had gone home and the manager was there and was quick to say sorry, can't help you, apparently they don't offer warranties. Had I known that the quality is cheap considering how much we had to pay for, I would've just requested a refund instead. Definitely won't recommend and will not be coming back - staff are rude and quality is inferior!**Also, if you repair with them, it voids your phones warranty!
