Great store they have everything you could need

I had the same experience with a male staff about 3 months ago, he was rude and unfriendly too. I just decided not to be served by him and waited for the next available counter. Even then, he openly defended himself and said this was my ‘perception’ of him. I just ignored him. I wonder what is customer service here where staff treat their customers this way.Very bad!

Always receive excellent service here. Follow through on my medicines and have the greatest specials on nearly everything all the time. Customer service is exceptional thank you.

I waited 15 minutes to get my letter sent. I ended up leaving without getting my letter sent because the clerk could not tell an old man that he had a job to doIll tolerate a 5 minute exchange, but 15+ minutes to get a letter sent is unacceptable

Would give zero if I can , went in to pick up my parcel without even looking the staff straight up tell me it's not here yet when the instructions says to pick up after 10 am .Went in again and hour later , without even checking she yet again say it's not here yet .Then she claim it could be they already delivered the item but still leave a card , after i made it clear with her I received nothing hence why I m in here with the card , she then proceed to check the tracking only to realise the parcel is on their shelf all along .Very unprofessional, she can watch her phone but can't even read the tracking number and expect me to read it out for her instead .

Despite advertising they were open at 9.00am on Saturday morning, the Post Office was closed. Dozens of people were waiting for it to open. No reason provided for it not being openned. Simply not good enough

Amazing guys! New ownership has taken over and great customer service and lovely guys that work there.They have been amazing for the community. Lovely range of products as well they sell and good pricing.Thank you guys for all your work and keep up the good work.

I’ve had some technical issues with my express postage and was struggling to get answers from other centres, I just popped into the Bowenfels LPO to check the status and the lovely lady was right onto it and called me an hour or so later to let me know the update. Thankyou guys so much for your help today.

Quite an unpleasant experience with one particular staff member at the cooleman court location. I believe her name is Sofia (women with brown shoulder length hair with a fringe, glasses and a permanent stink face). As soon as I entered the post office, I could hear her speaking to customers disrespectfully and loud for everybody to hear. After a long wait in the line, I was rudely waved over and greeted with a grunt and dirty look. It was clear that she was inconvenienced and stressed by the amount of people needing to be served and made no efforts to hide it.I asked if she was able to put fragile tape on the packages (as I was sending scissors to be sharpened and didn’t want them to be damaged on route) to which she bluntly said that they didn’t use fragile tape and then proceeded to tell me how I should of packed them so that they didn’t get damaged, I told her that I wrapped them in a few layers of bubble wrap and that it shouldn’t be an issue as long as they are not thrown around. She then remembered that somebody had left a roll of tape and was able to use that, I have never been to a post office that doesn’t supply fragile stickers/tape before.She then tried to criticise me for sending the scissors off in separate parcels, I explained to her that I was sending off scissors for myself and my co-workers and that we didn’t want to lose all our scissors if they were to get lost in transit. It was clear that she was annoyed that she had to put in the details multiple times, separately.Would have given a rating of 0 stars but Stewart, the postal manager was extremely pleasant and polite so have given 1 out of 5 stars.
