The communication, assistance and flexibility of the team at Seacraft Gallery is remarkable. I recently received the RMS Titanic 80cm with lights and the anchor wall clock, and I am truly amazed at the detail. The dedication to construct the Titanic is amazing, being approximately 11 weeks, therefore, making it truly good quality. I ordered the clock a few days prior to the Titanic, and received both the Titanic and clock a day after ordering the Titanic. I recommend these products, and will purchase more products next time. I have purchased 3 ships from Seacraft Gallery and I am definitely not disappointed. The models are true works of art and will be treasured for years to come.Apart from courier issues to the Middle East which was 100% Oz Posts fault. The first model came damaged due to some shabby handling which wasn't Seacraft's fault as the boat was extremely well packed. I managed to fix the damage without too much pain.Now saving up for the next masterpiece.

Many Thanks to Tim and his Team at Seacraft Galley for the Excellent work and detail on my recently purchased 1:1350 model of The RMS Titanic with lights and the matching Display case. I am truly delighted with having a small share in the story and history behind this remarkable ship, despite the sadness behind it's rise and fall. I don't believe I've met one person yet whom isn't moved by it's story.I am proud to display RMS Titanic and Tim's fantastic work and the craftsmanship of his team in my home. It is a true testament to their dedication and the effort involved.Communication was excellent, delivery was prompt (3 days) and the goods well very well packaged, with the only damage being a 2 cm scratch in the front Perspex panel, which is pretty good given the delicate nature of the goods.On a side note, I would suggest a longer cable from the DC power outlet to the display to allow for better storage and flexibility with location, as it does detract from the display.I have no doubt that orange/yellow lighting on this display is probably typical of that time, but I might also suggest perhaps some kind of dimmer control on future models that might allow the user to control the hue of the lighting.One other point that might be worth noting.... I understand that LED lighting has a very long lifespan depending on how warm the diodes can get. However with all things, everything does have a lifespan.So I was wondering if there might be a better way of incorporating the future wiring, especially within the Hull of the Ship to make it possible for the end user to gain access to either repair or replace the lighting other than to have to cut the Hull open as suggested.On a side note to this, I can assure all that as a general rule LED diodes do tend to have much greater longevity the cooler they feel to touch, ie barely warm. ( sometimes 12 to 20 years I'm told)Otherwise I am more that delighted with my RMS Titanic model display and would strongly recommend Tim and Seacraft Gallery in Sydney to anyone considering purchasing any of their beautiful models.
