Insurance company

Heard about Noble Oak from a friend who shared with us that they offer good price. We happened to be shopping around for a different life insurance as we’re paying quite a lot for our current one. Got a call from a sales consultant, Kar, who is really friendly, helpful, and supportive (a plus point for saying our names, especially mine, effortlessly - not a lot of people can). She took the time explaining in details all things we’d like and need to know. Got the first two months free as well, and was informed that we can nominate date for the monthly payment. Haven’t had the experience as we just signed up (hence the four stars) but all in all a good one so far

I sold my motorcycle and cancelled the insurance.The only way they could make a refund is via cheque! Now I need to make a trip to a bank branch!This is not the 1980s, have you heard of the Internet QBE?

RAA Mile End is conveniently located and has off-street parking. RAA is a South Australian service and brand that many people trust. The counter staff are friendly and helpful and I always feel like a valued customer. There are many handy maps, travel accessories, camping gear, luggage options and other products on display. I've used the travel service on several occasions and been mostly happy with the advice and deals. RAA travel insurance is outstanding if you are a member. I do feel that face-to-face service when making an insurance claim is warranted BUT sadly, it's the usual phone only option. I cannot fault the excellent handling of my car insurance claims - broken windscreen, rear end collision and carpark bingle. All dealt with quickly and fairly. I find that RAA team leaders are willing to listen to feedback and take on board suggestions for a better customer experience.

I needed help to renew the insurance on our small country pub at a reasonable cost and it was no easy task due to the very tricky nature of insuring pubs. I discovered Matrix Insurance, did some due diligence and then contacted them, even though they were located on the other side of the country. The subsequent journey to a now fully insured pub was relatively easy. Oliver and team have always responded promptly to my questions, they have kept me informed and have stepped me through any complicated processes – exactly what you would expect from an experienced and professional operation. Thanks team and I look forward to many more years working with you (well, letting you do the work for me).

Involved in a non-fault accident in Dec 2022. Velosure paid out $20k for bike in Jan 2023, recovered all the uninsured items and excess totalling $2.5k from the driver’s insurer for me, and reimbursed another $1k in medical expenses. I had one contact there who kept me up to date with the whole process. Couldn’t recommend Velosure more.
