Steve was amazing to deal with when my family had the unexpected and sudden passing of my father.Steve was incredibly compassionate and helpful in ensuring Dad's life insurance claim was submitted and processed as quickly as possible.Steve also went out of his way to determine whether we could claim against Dad's income protection, which we otherwise would not have realised.I know Dad was always impressed with Steve in his dealings, and I definitely can say without a doubt that Steve was a pleasure to deal with in the unfortunate situation of having to make a claim.

I found Steve via google and went with him based on his reviews. I could not have been happier! Steve was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive and decisive. Completing the third party paperwork took a little longer than I thought it would but Steve was patient and answered all of my questions along the way. We did the entire process over the phone so it was incredibly convenient given our busy schedules. Thank you so much for your help!
