What a fantastic service! Her Style AU Designer Dress Hire have a wide range of dresses that make you feel so special for any event! They offer fast delivery which is super helpful and the staff are so professional and friendly to help you search for the perfect dress for any occasion. If you haven't already I definitely recommend ordering a dress!

All the dresses I ordered had an problem. I ordered 3 dresses from HerStyle, 2 rental and one ex rental purchase. One rental dress the zip was completely broken, another had an iron burn, and the ex rental had clearly been put through a washing machine and not dry cleaned, it was in really bad condition. I was offered a refund for the dress with the broken zip, but I never had a response or even an apology for the dress with the iron burn, which I had to end up wearing to my engagement party. It was incredibly disappointing not to receive an apology or even an acknowledgment and I still had to pay full price.

Service was really great, the shop lady was really helpful to our needs, while still serving others. The selection of dresses was a wide range, and their quality was spot on. My daughter hired a dress that was stunning and she had so many compliments. Our second dress was cancelled due to Covid, and it was no trouble to give us a lifetime credit. I highly recommend Her Style.

HERSTYLE goes above and beyond to ensure they do everything they possibly can if something goes wrong. I'm maid of honor in a wedding and the dress may not arrive in time (still yet to know) but regardless they've offered to hand wash it themselves if that meant getting the dress to me on time. They offered to send it to the wedding venue, followed up with Aus Post, made sure I had a back up plan in case the dress doesn't arrive. This will be the only dress hire company I'll use in the future for any event, thank you so much for genuinely caring! Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Retrofete Gabrielle unicorn robe is the most stunning dress! Felt amazing in it and had so many compliments. Her Style Au is so easy to deal with and provides such a great service..Can’t wait to hire another dress soon x

The girls at Her Style were nothing short of amazing. The best customer service was provided for my hire (it felt like I had my own personal stylist!) and their professionalism and level of detail was incredible. I cannot wait to wear another piece of their gorgeous collection!

I had such a great experience at Her style. Sarah and Pamela are such lovely girls. I went in a week before my wedding and the girls were so helpful when I was finding it hard to make a decision. After our day was postponed (thanks to Dan and his snap lockdown), I received a phone call ensuring I was okay and was allowed to keep the dress for a few days longer. I can’t recommend the Her style team more! I ordered a dress very last minute for an event one evening and by early the next morning, it was already posted. The dress arrived in immaculate condition and returning the dress was very straightforward. The team is incredibly understanding and replies very fast to emails. I will defiantly be ordering from Her style again in the future.
