We went today to find a last minute formal dress and the service and dresses are fantastic! To say I tried on nearly half the store is not an exaggeration and to find multiple styles and colours I liked was great, especially in one store! The lovely staff were happy to assist in finding the perfect dress in my size no matter how many I asked to try and my overall experience was great! If you need a formal/even dress for the range and customer service I highly recommend checking out Bezoni!

I spent days looking for a nice cocktail outfit and struggled to find an in between of formal and casual. This shop had amazing dresses and I was so happy with the play suit I ended up with! The staff were extremely helpful with sizing and were well stocked. I will be back :)

Absolutely amazing experience, I’m currently in the market for a formal Dress (year 12) and I found my perfect dress at Bezoni, unfortunately they didn’t have my size but they were able to specially order in the dress of my size! They ordered to specially fit me.I’ve always had a great experience with Bezoni and I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for quality dresses at a low price

Horrible customer service today. They have a 2 dress limit to try on! How ridiculous. Came in with a teenager to search for a formal dress, who was already nervous and uncomfortable, no idea what she liked or what would suit her body. We were so put off by the passive aggressive employee who said we were 'really lucky to be able to try on 3 dresses' and 'you just cant come here and try everything on'! All in ear shot of the already self conscious young teen. Way to ruin her first experience. It's not as if we were a group of teenagers running amock, we were 2 adults and 1 teen. I also got told I could talk to the owner on the phone if I wanted. How ridiculous! And I DID want to, surely this isn't his policy. Also not written anywhere. Luckily Myer's customer service and fitting room friendliness had us spending over $500 there! Won't be coming back.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful dress. They have many different dresses to suit all occasions and tastes and I shop there every time I need a new dress. I recently got a gold/silver ball gown and it fits perfectly! The staff were amazing too!

Absolutely stunning dresses! They always have a wide selection of styles, cuts, colours and fabrics. There are plenty to choose from and are all great quality. I’ve bought three dresses from there now and love each of them. I also found there to be a range of sizes which was great as some formal stores I couldn’t find a size above a small 12. Customer service has always been great, and I’ve felt welcomed and been offered assistance every time I’ve been in the store. The dresses are on the more expensive side, but I’ve found it worth it for the quality and style.

Didn't find anything I liked at the Canberra Centre, but found three dresses I liked straight away here. Prices were reasonable. Service was friendly without being pushy.
