I recently had the pleasure of having Craig from ecoCool design and supply a complete solar system for one of our properties. Bought & paid for $7.7k LG RESU 10kwh Battery back in Dec 2022 from Ecocool to be delivered sometime after 25Jan 2023. I was bit worried there were chances I might be scammed since it was a substantial amount of money which need to be paid in full before delivery. BUT on 31Jan2023 morning, Battery was promptly delivered with no problem whatsoever. BIG Thank to you Craig. it turned out you are a very honest & trustworthy fella.

I reached out to Craig when I was planning an off grid Airbnb cabin and I had no idea of what I needed regarding solar and power storage.Craig's knowledge and support was exactly what I was looking for. Once the system was determined I found his pricing to be excellent as well.We are now 2.5 years down the track and I can still call his advice if required .Can't recommend Ecocool highly enough.
