Terrible service once I asked for a refund ! Argumentative & tried to squirm out of their “ money back guarantee “ I found the same products for HALF PRICE after their product was faulty . NEVER AGAIN ! Use a local fridge service mean .

Purchased a few filters a while a go. It was not very clear, I thought I was getting genuine Samsung filters but were generic. Worked OK I guess, no problems but be careful when ordering if you expect a genuine Samsung product, read the web page carefully. I did have a problem with excessive marketing messages but that was finally resolved.

This is an awesome service for fridge filter replacement. Every 6 months we get a phone call asking us if we would like a new filter it is so easy like a set and forget service. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and the filter arrives very swiftly after the phone call. Love it!!

BUYER BEWAREThis company will store your credit card details on file without your consent and will withdraw money from your account without any sort of approval or consent from the consumer. This was done to me a year after my first transaction with the company without no agreement for ongoing renewal of product. I Spoke with fleur the receptionist and she believes her company has the right to do so. This is a breach of the fair trading consumer act.this is not very good business ethics!I will be taking my business elsewhere thats for sure

All of the staff at discount fridge filters were so friendly and helpful.I did find the website a little awkward to navigate to choose the correct filter but maybe that’s my age group.I would not get filters anywhere else.Thanks again for the great service!
