Jarrad and Tamara are absolutely brilliant.Their workmanship, knowledge and follow up are second to none. We had 3 different people working on our troublesome pergola and none of them fixed the problem. Jarrad did!!!!! I am so very happy with them

Had a great experience with JSM and our pergola looks incredible! We opted to build it ourselves and Tamara and Jarrod even came out a few times without charge to help us get started and were always avaliable if we got stuck. They were a great help with little design tips, where we could save money and where we shouldn't compromise and it shows in the end product. We ordered barely a week before Christmas and everything arrived before Christmas. I will be calling them back for our next renos without question!

From start to finish our experience with this family owned business has been exceptional. Tamara has kept us up to date with the office side of things and Jarred has been a wonder on the tools. We had a carport, pergola and gutters installed. All look exceptional and we're so pleased with the results. We made minor changes to our plans during the build, which Jarred took in his stride and easily helped us turn our ideas into reality. Quality is fantastic and the price was competitive. So glad we found JSM carports to build our custom garage!!The end result is fantastic and nothing was too hard for both Jarrad and Tamara. The scope of the job evolved throughout the build, requiring the return of pre-ordered materials and the addition of new materials. JSM managed this seamlessly and honoured the initial quote, which, in itself was the best Value for Money with 4 additional quotes sought.Jarrad is a talented builder and his workmanship is quality. His attention to detail is outstanding and he takes great pride in what he delivers. He was also very courteous regarding the needs of our family life while a construction project was underway. In essence, Jarrad was happy if we were.Tamara is very communicative and keeps you abreast of all things administrative and financial for the duration of the build.Looking forward to the next Project and I know that I won't be bothered seeking additional quotes. You find a great building partner, you stick with them!
