Happy with my blinds. Spent lot of money for house full. Fairly good value. Customer service could be improved. Went in recently as chain on blind had broken. They fixed it but was too short. My husband had to move the chain hook. I rang before I went in. Lady at counter was not interested in serving me. Think I interrupted her day. If your staff are under pressure or over worked then your customer service suffers.

Had stock of the specific curtains I found in Web search although the colour was a few shades lighter which is what I was seeking. The staff were very friendly & helpful.Only issue was negotiating the earth & roadworks on Armadale road-hopefully these finish in another 12 months.

ATI came out and did a free measure and quote at our place. They also arranged installation so the whole process was pretty painless.Our new shutters look great and the cost was very reasonable, so I am happy to give them a recommendation.

Highly recommend Blind Motion. We have had several motorised outdoor blinds installed and from initial contact, through to ordering and installation, the process has been hassle-free. We received warranty and maintenance documents and operating manuals after the installation which was an added bonus! Previous companies we have used have not supplied any written documents. From answering the call and providing us with a competitive quote from David. Everything went well and organised and so we went ahead with the quote for a block out blind to be delivered and installed latest three weeks which is ideal before our newborn arrives.After the down payment we have not heard from them after a month. Called up three time in which each time someone was suppose to contact us didn't happen. On top of that we had to pay in full for the service that was delayed in advance. Not the best experience. It could be a once off thing but it was my experience.Once we had settled on a time, it just took them 15 minutes to set it up. But was not too happy with their work. Not a clean work. It looks very rough. The blinds itself is good, no complains with that.I'd question the customer service, responsiveness and the workmanship.
