Greendale Timbers

I don’t know how to get started about how to review this business. So this is a timber yard run by an italian family. What sets this business out from others is that they genuinely respect and value you as a human being, they don’t view you as a transaction or a sale, the owners have no doubt been raised with great family and moral values, they truly care for you as a customer and value you. All i can say to greendale timbers is thank you for teaching me great values about how a customer should be treated and how far this business goes to satisfy their customers. They ensure more than just a consumer and business relationship but go above and beyond to advise and help customers regarding their enquiries regarding any trade. The at greendale timbers have a solid to say the least in regards to every trade there is and can provide great insight to any blue collar worker. Again to greendale timbers, thank you for not just selling product to me but advising me in my best interest even though at times it might be for a lower sale. I appreciate the integrity of this business and the effort put towards going out of their way to satisfy the customer. If you are near the northern beaches and are looking for any timber supplies, do no lt hesitate to visit greendale timber i urge you. I don’t ever go out of my way to write such a long review but I truly appreciated the help, advice and treatment I was provided by this business and just had to express my gratitude in an honest and straightforward way. Would not recommend. Difficult to work with. Special order was not completed. Staff member said he assumed" I would be okay with him not completing the order properly and finishing cutting myself."

GO ELSEWHERE -Terrible Service.Placed a special order for wood to be cut and delivered and WAS told that they would cut the wood to size - delivered the wood UNCUT and REFUSED to collect and were very unhelpful.

This is a friendly timber yard with competitive pricing, and great service. I hope to use these guys more for our local fencing business, Fine Fencing
