Wizard Home Improvement Prospect NSW - We had an insulated gable pergola installed at our house, was happy with it until we noticed rain water leaking between our house gutter and pergola gutter. My husband called numerous times and sub contractors were sent out to check but never came back to fix the issue. It's very disappointing that it has come to this where we have to write a bad review of our experience. Poor customer service... They were more in a hurry to get our money instead of our satisfaction! It is now a year and a half!! We will be taking this further to Fair Trading.Update - Owner of company called the next day. He apologised and said will have it sorted ASAP. Sent people out to check the leakage twice and finally got it fixed as they didn't install it properly the first time. This was done within a month.

Couldn’t recommend Pat and the team at PC Engineering enough, they have been absolutely amazing with our enclosed trailer that we bought on FB marketplace. We took it there initially to get some work done on it to get it through the licensing inspection. I had tried a few places prior but no one was interested or capable of doing the work but Pat and his team squeezed it in for us so that we could take it camping that weekend.Not only that but he gave us some great ideas that we could do it to make it even better without even asking, we were so happy with the service that we are now taking it back regularly so that he can do the improvements on it and also has fitted a side door for us in the pinch of time before we took it away for the weekend in the rain.It's not often you find a business that has great customer service, quick turnaround and great prices to match. Anyone looking for a new trailer or some work done on your trailer I would highly recommend heading in to PC Engineering as you won't be disappointed!

We are building a new home in Margaret River and bought a shed from The Shed Company in Busselton as part of the project. The price was competitive, which was great because we wanted to buy locally. The design and approval process was well managed, with high levels of communication. We felt engaged the whole way through. When it came to constructing the shed on site, the whole process was well managed and the work was to a high standard. Particularly pleasing was the way that emerging issues were communicated and dealt with. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely go back to The Shed Company if the opportunity arose.

Highly recommend Grant and the QLD Blinds & Security team! I had my window screens and screen doors replaced and the service was faultless. Well priced, responsive, friendly and came back to help me put screens back on high windows after cleaning them. Thank you guys :)

Great service and lovely staff and prices very competitive

Cale and the team at Vogue Pergolas Canberra did a great job with our new driveway pergola for our car. They were responsive, prompt and kept us informed of the steps involved, costs and the timeframes. Our pergola was installed quickly in a few days and the finish is very professional and stylish. When the pergola was delivered there was a dent in one of the poles and when informed Cale had it replaced immediately and at no cost before installation. I would recommend Vogue Pergolas Canberra.
