Cell phone accessory store

This store clearly not interested in repeat business! Went in to upgrade phone and go on a plan again. Person named Riley sooo unhelpful! Told me price of 1 phone per month. Didn't even bother telling me what phone he was quoting. Didn't ask me what phone I was interested in. Price he quoted me was $50 per month more than I'm paying now! When I said I wasn't interested in that quote he offered me no alternative. Didn't even bother to try and tell me reason to upgrade to whatever phone he was trying to palm off on me! He made it clear we had nothing else to discuss! Worst display of customer service I have ever seen! Do yourself a favour and go to a professional.

They are really helpful and honest. I have had my phones repaired here before for a reasonable price, and my last phone they told me not to bother as it wasn't worth repairing as it's old and will only break down again. They work hard and fast. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to Adnan for years for our various devices and he is super knowledgeable and helpful. He has fixed many screens for us, and will source parts from interstate if needed. One time we had a device that couldn't be repaired and he let us know up-front, with no charge. Highly recommended.

I was able to have my phone fixed about an hour after I enquired about price, without having to leave my home! For a small fee, the repairer came to me! It could not possibly have been made easier for me.I will be recommending SAMs and continuing to use them in the future. Thanks for prompt and excellent service. :)

Bought an iPhone 14 glass protector for $35 from GR Phones Campbelltown three months ago and it started cracking from the bottom. First it was one crack then it became three separate cracks. Went back to the shop and they said it could be my nails hitting the protector from pressing the home button and they don’t offer warranty for screen protector! They wouldn’t replace it for me unless I buy another one from them. This is quite poor customer service. If my nails could crack the protector then it failed as a protector. I could buy more than 10 better screen protectors from eBay for their price. So don’t bother buying screen protectors from them. May be the good reviews are for their repair works.
