Top notch customer service and workmanship on both occasions. Quick reply and confirmation on initial booking request for ignition problems. Cause of fault hard to pinpoint but they worked through and managed to fix. Invoice back didn't result in a trip to ER so that was a nice little bonus. Decided to book in for a general service and did not regret.

Can’t fault the service here. Nate is very friendly and helpful. He seemed genuine and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold - he told me what needed to be done straight away and what could wait. I was early (before 7.30am) and he checked me in early which was great, had a loan car ready to go and my car was super clean when I picked it up which was a lovely touch.Would definitely recommend - the service was great and the prices were very reasonable.

Broke down 2 days ago. Had new battery somewhere else but still having issues. Other places said wasn't my alternator. Didn't want to get stuck on way to urgent appointment tomorrow. Called these guys and they fit me in. Did some checks foe anything draining my battery. All clear. Checked alternator and it was dying. Sorted it out and back to me that afternoon. Good price. Very good customer service. Think these guys will be my new regular mechanics.

The reviews speak for themselves. 10/10 Customer service experience from initial phone call through to in-store consultation to post service. I needed to get my wheel bearing/hub replaced + brake pads changed on the day. The lads here noticed I was under time constraint and managed to get my car in on the day and had the job completed in a couple hours!! Dave went beyond expectations and quoted me a price unbeatable by the other places I had called up prior. If you’re looking for a friendly and genuine team of professional mechanics who put their customers first, then I highly recommend these guys.

Very highly recommend the team at Autobahn Harrisdale. Their customer service, mechanics and pricing are absolutely amazing. Had an issue with a malfunction error light display this morning following my stupidity going over a puddle, and the boys fixed it and checked over my car for no charge.Polite, and friendly team! Definitely worth a visit for any car service or issues :)
