Josh and the team at Caressive are unreal! I was in Melbourne travelling from Sydney when I ran into some car trouble, obviously a stressful situation being away from home. One call to the team and they managed to squeeze me in that afternoon, plus they took care of the towing side of things. Josh even told me that I'd have some work due in the next 6-12 months but that it wasn't currently necessary, when he could've easily just done it and charged me for it! They took all the stress out of it and I was back on the road in no time. 5 star workshop and team, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Never felt so ripped off in my life, was told I needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs after going in for a general oil change. Car only has 60 thousand Km. Was always serviced at the dealer. Got a second opinion. Turns out nothing wrong with my vehicle. Very disappointed. Stay clear from this place!!!

First class workmanship and well priced.Needed a quick and compliant roadworthy certificate done and tyres swapped over on our other car. On short turn around with zero fuss, Josh and team accommodated, provided a loan car and were super easy and enjoyable to deal with.
