Very happy with the service we received from Smartheat. We've had two systems from them now. Our latest was quite a complex system of heating incorporating Wood boilers, rooftop solar and radiators all feeding a very clever Aquacell system. We even have future expansion already built-in thanks to the clever design recommendations we received. Any issues were quickly dealt with and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend SmartHeat.

We have just completed a 240 m2 new home in southern Tasmania where temperatures of run into the single digits & below. After making the decision to incorporate wood fired hydronic underfloor heating & recently commissioning the plant we wish we knew about this type of heating 30 years ago. It supplies an ambient heat thru out the house rather than an intense heat that lessens as you walk away from the heat source. All we do is place a couple of logs on the fire & relax. The pumps switch on & of at a preset temperature & maintain the desired warmth thru out, 24/7. Steve & the team at Smartheat supplied everything as well as the schematics & expertise to see the system up & running.We are very happy customers

Highly recommended. We have updated our ancient in slab hydronic system with a new heat pump. It is running well, every part of our house is warm and we are no longer hostage to gas price increases. We came on Rick and the Canberra team through a referral. They were the only team who could achieve what we asked for. If this seems like a rave review, well it is. There were obstacles to overcome. They doggedly persisted to get the system installed and perfected. A+ for attention to detail and knowledge.

Smartheat has supported the Peter 'Wally' Bamford memorial concert for a few years now with various raffle prizes including a Stiebel Eltron radiant wall heater for the last concert. Their generosity has helped us raise over $7500 at last years concert, which has gone towards research by the Centenary Institute at RPA in Sydney.I've also used Smartheat to install in slab heating to my new house and couldn't be happier. Their communication has been excellent throughout the installation and afterwards with assistance on getting everything set just right.I'd recommend Smartheat for any of your heating/cooling/water saving solutions.
