It was in the nice location, quite nice outdoor seating but missing the heating for winter. If there are more tourists in town will definitely recommend the outdoor seating to be upgraded. We had the pumpkin curry soup, drinks and carrots cake. The drinks were ok but we loved the soup and cake. They even heated the cake, made it perfect for the winter bite, like having a warm pudding. The soup was super creamy, a bit curry taste and very comforting for a cold winter morning. Went through their menu and thought it would be a good option for lunch and dinner too. They have some local wine, beer and cider options. We thought they may do dinner too but it turned out they were not for Monday night we were there. Would love to visit them again for their lunch. Could be super nice too over the summer as you can overlook the river from the outdoor area.

Great food but except worse initial seating and with management experiencei called a day ahead to book a slot for a outside seating but wasn’t given one and after asking again was given a very corner table even though others with better view or access were vacant still not given to us saying it booked for someone else and very rudely asked to sit on other table but no-one came and sat on that table the entire time even when we were leaving , felt a bit racist some how first time in Australia for for me) definitely spoilt the mood for sure. Otherwise food service was fine

Good place and good food. First time tried the veg lasagna, and it was nice. Service can improve drastically. Ordered the scone at the entry, but didn't get it even while paying the bill at the counter.

Great location, friendly staff and food is actually quite varied. The verandah overlooking the river is great. Good selection of wines and spirits as well non alcoholic drinks and fresh juices.. prices were acceptable and food was very nice. Only criticism is the chips were pretty ordinary.

Loved sitting on the breech deck. Bonus points we could bring the dog as well, access via the back.Food was great, recommended the scones.We were also joined by a local Kookaburra for a while.

Seriously an amazing venue with wonderful staff. Everyone was so happy and welcoming. It was also the home of the best seafood chowder I have ever had. My partner had the steak sandwich and was in heaven! Highly recommend

Lovely place and if you're looking for that river view, you'll need to jump to the back balcony!We had their fish & chips, parma and burger - both are great. Too bad we don't live in that area. Would have loved to go back to try other dishes!

It's a nice place to stop in Warburton for a quick meal with a lovely balcony area out the back being the best feature.The service was fast and friendly, the food was good, without being outstanding.We had the Salt & Pepper Calamari, Veggie Burger, and Jumbo Pie.

The food was delicious, friendly staff and had nice outdoor seating. We got our food quickly but the drinks order took much longer and desserts never arrived so we had to cancel them. Nice place to stop for a meal. Need to be careful about the birds swooping on the food.

Riverview Cafe & Wine Bar
Had a wonderful meal on Friday night for my husbands birthday. The food was so tasty, lots of options, meal sizes were great and so very delicious. I had the salmon and other guests had Steak and barramundi. Would highly recommend Riverview Cafe.
