Australia Post - Kensington Post Shop

I’ve had terrible experiences with this post office, multiple times I’ve had a slip to say there’s a parcel that’s been delivered and I go to the post office and it’s not there or they can’t find it and then I get another slip and I have to go back to get it. It’s the most frustrating thing because they’re only open from 9 to 5 and not at all on the weekends. Very frustrating.

Parking at rear for those that find it, there is street parking close. It's a post office. The staff are nice. No JP

Look if zero stars is an option, it would be more suitable than 1 star for this Auspost branch. Staff are rude, unhelpful and not suitable to be in customer facing roles. Maybe they can be transferred to back office roles or warehouse instead.

I always have a pleasant experience posting my parcels at Kensington post shop. Staff are helpful and patient. Thank you to the younger blonde female staff member (I'm sorry I don't know her name) who always answers my curly international post questions with professionalism and a smile :)

Worst post office experience ever. Feel like racist.

12:00 pm on a Monday morning with no other customers in there the lady was doing nothing. I walked up to the left side counter and was attended by a blonde haired lady, I asked them do you guys sell post cards here and where should I look for them?" her reply was "I don't know! We don't sell them here".I really don't understand why would someone speak to a customer like this for no reason. Quite disappointed with the customer service for a empty store."

Efficient but poor service. The blonde lady working there today did not even greet or acknowledge me.I asked to post an item and during that interaction she had not said a single word. Felt a bit awkward and uncomfortable from her unfriendliness.

I have had the worst experience at Kensington post office today. I have provided all the required ID documents for a service. It was very unusual that the valid NSW digital driver license was not accepted at this post office. The manager, David was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. I wasn’t just failed to get the service , I was insulted and yelled at in front of many other people. It was not just a bad experience! It was shocking and humiliating one! The front line stuff also named David whom also had the similar attitude with his manager. Kensington post office seriously needs to go under an assessment and the behaviors of their staff! Not to mention none of my parcels comes to my address always have to collect from the post office. All these reviews said enough! They should not even get one star, they deserve none!!

Terrible service, very unhelpful if you are old or handicapped. The person behind the counter refused to take a free parcel being sent to Vision Australia, despite it having the correct blind person" sticker on the box.
