Poor conveyancing department. Serious lack of communication and left everything to the last minute. Disorganised, unable to be contacted and stressful to deal with. Sorry to say I would not recommend.

This professional business came highly recommended to us for the legal side of our property sale in Petrie last year July 2021. When we phoned their general contact number, unbeknownst to us initially, we ended up with a representative from the Brisbane CBD office, instead of their wonderful Northside office. During the process of the sale of our property and in their dealings with us, staff seemed to be unfamiliar with our northside's Moreton Bay Council processes. We identified from the start that we were from a Petrie property and in hindsight one would have expected to be referred to their northside representatives. The entire process was slow and painful, and we experienced rude and unprofessional treatment. The follow up during the entire process had to be pushed entirely from our end. Not recommended.

No communication at all. A solid one star

Qld Law Group was recommended to us by Ward Keller in Darwin. We were buying a new home in Cairns and needed a Queensland firm to handle the details. From the first introduction email from Jan, to the settlement day, the process was seamless. All we really had to do was sign some documents and transfer the monies for the purchase of the property. The final settlement papers were well laid out and all expenses detailed. Highly recommend.
