Coolbodz
Coolbodz is my favourite workout place, not just for getting your sweat on, but is great for when you want to unwind as well. The mindful movement is my favourite day in the whole world. Vanessa is supportive of your goals and helps you achieve them by looking at your health from a holistic view, she not only cares about your physical health but your mental wellbeing as well. Unlike other gyms there is no body shaming here, only support and guidance. Everybody from the super fit to the just starting out will find working out fun here. Do yourself a favour and give it a go.
