First and foremost Dr Michelle makes me feel listened to and has made an incredible effort to truly understand me and my circumstances to ensure my work with her takes the correct approach. Although I’ve only seen her for 7 sessions thus far I really feel an incredible amount of hope that with her empathetic and direct approach I will be able to implement the positive changes I desperately seek. She is easy to trust, and appointments are great to book through her Halaxy app. Her system offers great flexibility so if I feel I need to see her sooner, if work requirements mean I can’t make an appointment or if I’m going well and feel I don’t need to see her for a while I can reschedule it’s all myself. Dr. Michelle and I still have lots of work to do however, as her business name suggests I am incredibly hopeful that with her I can really start to heal both through my current and paste circumstances.

As a veteran I have really appreciated being able to unpack my issues in a safe space. I've appreciated the practical, no nonsense approach.
