IMPECCABLE FOOD! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Dined at the Remington Restaurant tonight and was not disappointed. Ordered the bruschetta slider and Eye Fillet of Beef for dinner. The slider was simple and tasty; Roma tomato, Hunter Belle fetta, basil & balsamic on a charcoal brioche bun. The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavour with the garlic potato gratin, dutch carrot, blistered cherry truss tomato, Enoki mushrooms & Remington jus. Please book ahead as the service is THAT good and the food is THAT delicious. Followed up with breakfast the next day, also delicious. Highly recommended. The hotel next door (The Remington Muswellbrook) is also highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sent both entree and main back to the kitchen as they were both incinerated by the teenage 'cooks'. This place is a stellar example of putting lipstick on a pig... looks great but that's where it ends.If you're used to high prices for fine dining in the city, get ready for high prices for poor food in the country.

My daughter and I decided on a road trip and stayed at the Remington Hotel. Beautiful hotel but the jewel of the trip was the restaurant. What a hidden gem in Muswellbrook. Delicious food paired with local Hunter Valley wines and great service. Would definitely recommend a night here with a delicious meal.

These meals were delicious if were ever back in Musselbrook I would eat here avain. We also had the Black Garlic bread. I needs a bit more Garlic taste but the steak and Sticky Date were one of the very best I have ever had.

Wonderful restaurant, fantastic service with very attractive & professional staff. A great meal with time to enjoy friends company. Thoroughly recommended. I believe the best restaurant in Muswellbrook & possibly the whole area.

Horrible service the two Australian ladies so rude doing table service other ladies was amazing I ordered oysters and they came out last ( came out natural when I asked for Kirkpatrick ) the pork belly bites so fatty no crackle what so ever like chewing on rubber ! Wine was fantastic as the couldn’t screw that up as it comes in a bottle

The restaurant is nicely furnished. Service was friendly and good, although top ups of water were on the less frequent side. We were a big group but the kitchen still managed to serve the food together. Some of the food was good, and some was average. For me, the consistency and quality of the dishes didn't meet the price tag. Dessert was a let down - Panna Cotta lacked flavour and parfait was served fully frozen and hard.

My fiancé, brother and sister in-law had dinner here last night and the food was absolutely delicious. Well presented and impeccable! The wait staff were so warm, attentive and professional!! The entrees were devine and hats of to chef Teegs for amazing mains and dessert! You won’t be disappointed here :)
