So now Coles has taken all check out operators off registers after 8pm according to a staff member. What a stupid decision. Another company choosing profit over people at all costs. What happens when a person doesn’t want to use self service or a disabled or just someone who is not comfortable with self checkout. This is a very bad decision on their part. I hope it backfires

I love Coles but last night whilst I was scanning at self checkout an employee was watching me and my daughter like a hawk HE was standing very close to us it was very uncomfortable there were other customers he must of admired my cologne. Honestly he should of paid us to shop there considering the state of the store it reminded me of the female toilets at a music festival2 stars for being open until 12 and for the free frying pan

My favourite supermarket. It's huge! The aisles are really wide and easy to get around; you can fit two shopping carts side by side and still have extra room. They stock almost everything you can think of. The underground parking is great and free for a couple of hours. The check out is usually pretty quick. They also stock a lot of fruit and vegetables you don’t normally see at smaller supermarkets.#wheelchairaccessible #supermarket #coles #letsguide

This Coles has a slight upmarket gourmet feel to it with a manned butcher section for meats and a manned deli section with cheese and charcuterie that looks classier than your average Coles. Otherwise, all your typical groceries and household items you would expect to get at your Coles is available at this good sized store. This Coles is also kept tidy and is quite pleasant to shop in. I also found staff to be approachable and helpful.

What a great find! You'll find a Coles in every neighborhood in Sydney. Coles was our go-to one-stop shop for groceries and home supplies during our 3-week stay in Sydney. The staff was always helpful and the store was well stocked & organized.

It’s quite big grocery stores. Great location and serves its purpose. Plenty of self serve checkouts. There are a lot of fresh flower and plant to buy in front of the store.

Great customer service, Ying was serving me when I shopped at the butchery, the ham was sliced perfectly. Best customer service experience I have ever had in the supermarkets. Will always come back !

Evie, the cashier who served us was very helpful and courteous even though it was a very busy peak period! She packed everything very neatly and carefully without squashing fragile fruit.

Minimal staff and now just self check out lanes. Watching a poor lady work through an entire trolley of groceries item by item. Very sad. And prices are going up! You’ve lost a customer, and I hope everyone else who feels the same sends the same message.
