Action Door Solutions is a great name for this company - Action is what they do. Our garage motor started playing up, phoned Action and they came out that day. Turned out that the motor needed replacing, they attended to this promptly fitting the arrangements around our needs. Great service and communication, Antoinette was incredibly professional and efficient, and the Action team fitted the new motor in super efficient time. Totally recommend this company to all AAA+++. Thanks for everything guys, would be happy to deal with you again.

I had needed a service done in a very short period of time. A friend recommended Action and Antoinette was AMAZING. She managed to squeeze me in to their already full calendar. She planned for it may being a full replacement so the serviceman had one with him. But the experienced guy had mine adjusted and sorted in no time. So A++ for customer service and only doing work that was needed. Thanks so much. OH.....and the other guys didn't even bother to return my call. So I'd recommend you folks anytime!

Wow,, cannot believe the service that I received. This guy was so helpful in finding a solution for a new garage door remote. He went beyond my expectations and can't thank him enough. Well done ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

Our garage door which is probably 21 years old, started to play up around the time the cyclone hit Hawkes Bay and we had the power cut. It gradually got worse to the point where this week it stopped working completely. I rang Action Door Solutions and explained the situation to a nice lady called Helga. She understood it was an urgent job and it wasn't long before Liam rang and said they could fit us in on Friday 24th March after midday. It got even better than that because Dale arrived and quickly worked out that the existing motor was stuffed" and that we needed a new one. An hour or so later we had a new Merlin motor installed. Well done to Dale who was a pleasant guy to deal with and knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend Action for Action."
