Mr Sheen - Mobile Car Detailing

Week prior I booked a mobile exterior and interior detail. The team that came tried to take my car to their own shop to clean it due to not having the right chemicals to clean the red dirt off. I said no as I paid for a mobile service to be done in my home and the extra chemicals they would need to go take their own work vehicle. Two hours later since my appointment time and no return so I cancelled. Called the manager Archie, explained what happened, told him it wasn’t his fault and as long as a different team come out next week I would use his service. So I booked the job with the manager Archie after he said he would do the car himself with a discount. Come the following week- car detailing day. He sent the exact same team from last week that I requested would not do my car. I then had to contact Archie what price we can agree on as I was originally quoted $200 and I expected it to be more due to it not being a standard clean. Around $300 I would have expected considering I asked for the car not to be buffed. Keep in mind from last week, Archie knew there was “red dirt”, didn’t update me on the new cost, didn’t tell me it wouldn’t be him doing the job, and then proceeded to quote me nearly $500 for the job today. Now, large bottle cleaners to break the iron bonds in red dirt aren’t more than 50 bucks. Lesson learnt here I should not be lazy and do it myself. But be warned- super dodgy and unprofessional business.

My elderly parents hired Mr Sheen after viewing his website where he is listed as Rockingham Car Detailers. This website clearly states that the Silver package includes interior & exterior polish. Paid $299 & polish was not provided. Screen shot of website sent to owner asking him to honer his advertisement. False advertising and they would have paid half the price for what was provided if they'd gone elsewhere.EDIT: After further communication owner has now refunded them $100 difference between bronze & silver package to rectify.

Spent a lots of money for 2 cars to be ”Detailed”.Was unsatisfied by the work done in the first place but Gerry came back 2days later to make it up to my satisfaction AT NO COST.Polite gentlemen who wants to satisfy his clients.I would suggest you have a good conversation with him, at your vehicle about what you want/expect him to do and then inspect it before he leaves, and should be okay aka he is happy to please but there was miss communication leading to confusion on what was expected from the transaction by both, him an myself.

After eight weeks in the bush with two dogs my Prado was full of red dirt and dog hairs. Very impressed with the job done. The car looks like new. Thanks

Not one to normally write reviews but was so stoked with the job you did I felt like I should. After how happy I was with the platinum clean I booked in to have paint protection done and so glad I did. The car came out as new . Amazing job and a really nice guy. Called a few places for quotes, very glad I went with Mr Sheen. His pricing was the best and the work he did amazing. I only needed the interior done, so he quoted me for that. When he came to my workplace he offered to do a clean of the exterior as well for no extra! My car ended up looking incredible, better than new - inside and out!My boss is even looking to get all our work vehicles detailed by Archie at Mr Sheen once he saw the results!

Very thankful to Archie! It was at late night that Archie answered our call and willing to come over to clean our car when we had our food spilled all over the front seat compartment. We thought there will be additional charges for the late night service but Archie was very kind enough to have us paid for the regular price only. Also, Archie has done a great job to have our car look and feel as brand new!With his slogan As long as customers are happy

I couldn’t have been happier with the job that Archie and his guys did on my car detail recently. I went with the Gold detail to tidy up my car before selling and it made all the difference. I was actually dumbfounded when I opened the hatch (where our dog goes when traveling with us and has left her fair share of hair) to see it like new...I’ve tried vacuuming and brushing it out over the years but have never gotten close to what they achieved!The buyer said he wasn’t sure about buying privately but he said the condition of my car (viewed a few days after the detail) put all his concerns to rest.I’ll absolutely be using them again.

We’ve had Archie detail our car twice now and he’s done an excellent job both times. We definitely will be using his services for our car detailing needs going forward and highly recommend him to everyone
