They are cheaters. The cheap service has a reason. When something broken you will know them. There is no insurance coverage. For any broken item they will offer you max 300$ and also threaten you if you don’t accept it will be nothing. They work here in Australia without respecting Australian values.

Very good customer service from initial contact to end of job. Was cooperative when negotiating price quote, so it was win-win outcome. Very happy with the two young men who came out to do the job. Basically the company walked the talk. I recommend CBD Movers.

Very hard to deal with as a company in general. The workers that originally showed up to do the job stood around for about 30 minuets and then decided to leave. Luckily a new crew was able to come. They were very slow and unenthusiastic. I ended up moving 90% of my stuff out of the house and onto the street next to the truck by myself. They were agressive and argued with me when I was asked to pay a ridiculous amount. I was physically restrained by the workers when I told them that they could get the company to send me an invoice and I will pay it that way. I felt threatened and unsafe. No follow up once the move was done. Absolute cowboys, do not use!

CBD Movers are scammers.Their website is filled with fake reviews.This company does not care about you or your belongings.Movers told us an expected arrival time of 6-9am. They finally showed up at 11:30am. Never apologised, cared more about explaining how he was working till 1am the night before and how it wasnt his fault rather than getting on with the job.The owners/managers abused my partner over the phone and demanded full payment before they would unload anything, pretty much held me to ransom with all of my belongings on the truck.They broke our TV, scratches on all most all furniture pieces. They didnt have enough moving blankets.They have no offices and the call centre/website is run in India.

The guys arrived bright and early, on time, were friendly, efficient, professional and did not waste any time. I'm amazed at how much stuff they managed to pack in the truck! There was no damage done to either property or to my belongings. They completed the job in less time and for less cost than previous movers I have used. The whole move went very smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased. A stress free experience. Thanks guys.

Never, NEVER again. Had booked a multi trip removal. Removalists had made plans for that afternoon and decided to leave me stuck with half of my furniture in the house. Not caring that I was legally required to be out of the house that day due to a settlement agreement. They didn't care and refused to come back.Poor management, totally irresponsible, and completely unprofessional.

Worst experience ever!I booked in a removal service on 26 Dec in advance ( 2 weeks ahead) in Adelaide. Then I called on the 24th Dec morning to make sure it's happening. The staff said ok at first. Then I received a call from them after 2 hours and told my booking got cancelled due to no one is available nor the vehicle. Can you believe how poor is the service? It's not reliable at all.The fact is that you cannot just cancel an order on 24th Dec evening while 25th is the public holiday!! I couldn't get a replacement at all!if someone is looking at this, pls contact me to explain the whole situation. I believe there's recording to proof everything.
