Went in here the other week looking for some kitchen parts. I had no idea what I was looking for but the guys all had an idea what i was trying to do. So I ended up leaving with everything I needed and a great result at the end of the day. Not too expensive either. Thanks again

Terrible Customer Service. Called & spoke with lady in office on 18/4/21 regarding part needed. She requested I email her the details and she would reply back confirming receipt of my email and look into getting the part needed. I did this and did not hear back from her. I called twice on the 21/4/21 plus emailed again. No return call or email. Out of frustration called again on 24/4/21 apparently she was again busy. The gentleman on the phone said this lady told him to tell me I must email the toilet manufacturer direct. Not impressed at all!!!

We werent greeted, wandered around the showroom for about 15mins. Male worker and friend or another team member sat at desk talking then their conversation turned to racial comments about a customer. By that stage I was over it and we left - lost a $7,500 plus sale and will never return.
