Measurements come back incorrect, I had to wait a total of 8 weeks before having one of the blinds installed.Seems this might be a common occurrence with this company as they have their blinds sent to Asia.further-more Lack of communication from staff + they offered no compensation or discount for their inconvenience even though 2 lots of heat waves (each 4+days of 35*-39*)had passed in the time waiting.Sadly they service areas based on their location so I'd advise you to gets quotes from Burns for Blinds or Spotlight (they have similar waiting times (4-5 weeks) which is standard waiting time when ordering made to measure/order blinds.

I had my window measured for curtains. 6 weeks later they arrived but were measured wrong and had to be sent back. 3 weeks later they arrived again to my house & were still too long so had to be sent back again! I called asking to be contacted to discuss and 2 separate staff called within a week to rebook the installation and both said they would get back to me. 1 week later no one had contacted me and I had to call twice! Spoke to customer service today, I asked they 100% cofirm that the curtains had been altered before we book. Again told they would contact me and I received a text saying they haven't been and will be fixed next week! So they hadn't even altered them and were trying to book them in for installation? This has been an absolutely frustrating process and I will never use this company again!

We had a wonderful experience with Kresta. They made some high quality blinds for the bay window in our study room.

Over-promise, under-deliver. Quoted 4-6 week for installation - waited 8 weeks. Told that installer would arrive between 10am-1pm with a phone call half an hour prior to arrival - no phone call by 1pm and when contacted was told he was 'just leaving another job and would be there soon' - in half an hour to an hour. There was no communication at any time to advise that the blinds would be a couple of weeks late, no communication that the installer was running late - the only reason I had any idea was because I made contact. Customer Service doesn't appear to be a priority - just getting the sale and then they don't seem to care.

The lady was very happy to help but was having trouble with the computer system so we could not trust the pricing estimates she gave us. The products though were excellent. Pricing was at the top end though.

The entire experience for getting my blinds replaced was so easy. From the consult through to the installation - everything was done professionally and with consideration.

We have been loyal customers to Kresta and have purchased their curtains for both of our properties over the years.A little over 2 years ago we were renovating our home and upgraded our bedroom curtains.We were shocked when we moved some furniture to notice the sheer and the blockout have gone a urine" coloured yellow.Our bedroom windows faces south and is shaded by a substantial verandah. So receives no direct sunlight.We contacted Kresta.Thy were great at passing the "buck" around to the next person in the hierarchy Eventually after 3 months of pure BS and many calls from me it went to the very top. Their GM in Queensland. Who was not committed to make a decision and said was going to pass this on to someone under her..So eventually nothing again!!!Then we got an email from a Chinese person (email was in Chinese writing except for the explanation) who said he or she was going to fix it.He or she asked for all the correspondence with the Australian Staff. I gladly sent it.We have not heard from him or her since.We are so disappointed with Kresta.Update.No surprise and no prizes for guessing.The reason for avoiding this company at all costs is confirmed.We got an email from them telling us they will not be replacing their "Yellowing" curtains.This is disgusting customer service. The materials they are using are inferior. These curtains were in the $2

Waited 8 weeks for curtains to arrive my mum who is disabled waited all day for the installer to come he didn’t arrive to till 4pm he came in for like not even 30 seconds to come look at the room and he said he’s not installing the curtains because, the bed wasn’t moved out of the way when the lady who measured the Curtains assured us the guy who’s installing it would Move the beds he had the worst attitude started rolling his eyes when my mum asked to wait for my dad to finish in the bathroom and he was like “how long do I have to wait” with a rude tone of voice rolling his eyes again and my mum said 5 minutes or less and he said no he’s not going to wait and rolled his eyes again and spoke rudely again and said to rebook for instalment he could clearly see my mum was disabled too, what happened if she had no one to help her move stuff? He made my mum cry because, she waited all day and for him to be speaking rude, having rude body language ectThe guys name is Luke who was supposedly was supposed to instal the curtains that day and I even drove to the store to complain and still haven’t heard beach and it’s been a week this is very inappropriate to act like that especially when my mum was being polite
