this carwash is absolutely horrendous and diabolical service they left scratches and dents in my car and its overpriced and understaffed Aswell seriously this carwash needs to get a grip

Tingalpa car wash is a disgrace. I got the chamois option. Lower sides and back of car were actually left with watermarks and dust. It doesn’t appear the machines work properly

Firstly the guy working there was amazing so friendly and helpful. This car wash is Life changing ! Will never wash or vacuum at home again. You can use the vacuum for free with every wash. The vacuum is so powerful sucked up all the dog hair etc…

where do i even start, I wouldn't of even been able to tell my car was washed if it wasn't for the clouded window. the rims had grease caked on them and the paint job if anything looked worse.

Great service and now I have a very clean car

Absolutely shocking. Car was dirty and front covered in bugs from a long drive. Went for the top option which said it included a chamios dry as the last stage. Paid my money and went through. Car still dirty and half the bugs still there. I asked for my money back and as told no!they were happy to put me through again but I was so dissatisfied I said no. I asked for the manager to call and was told no again. I was told to look on their website if I wanted to complain. I told the following two cars how average the service was and they threatened to call the police for harassing their customers. I have taken my car to the car wash near Tingalpa state school. I was met by a switched on 14 year old who proceeded to give my car a professional and thorough wash!! Stay away from Hoppy’s!!
