Joel did a perfect job on my old tiled roof in Southport. I had issues with leaks after storms and contacted Trend. I was assured all the way seeing Joel's attention to detail regarding prep work. They only use good material too, flexible pointing, sealers and membranes. My roof looks like its wrapped in vinyl in a classy gloss finish. Best of all, no leaks! Highly recommend

I contacted Joel after I had a really dodgy experience with a previous contractor that left my roof in a mess. Joel was great from the beginning, arriving at the time he said he would for the quote, provided a really competitive quote, and showed professionalism each time he was onsite for the job. I could see the difference in tradesmenship and quality straight away. Joel went above and beyond to fix the previous guys mistakes and now my roof looks brand new. I couldn't be happier and I've already passed his details on to a friend who is looking to get their roof repaired. Highly recommend Trend Painting & Roof Restorations.

Had a two story house with tiled roof painted, exterior gutters and eves painted and fully transformed 25 year old home into a new modern color design home in 4 days. Amazing work done at a very good price!! Has lots of pride in his work and I couldn’t fault it anywhere. Highly recommended to everyone.
