My parents were recently assigned Home Care Packages, and I have spent weeks trying to figure out how they work, and how to make the most of them. It's truly a minefield. Somewhere in this process I stumbled upon the website of See Me Aged Care Navigators, and I am so glad I did! I have since attended a webinar they offered called 'How do I get help at home?', read the book 'My parents are ageing, what the heck do I do?' and yesterday had an online zoom consultation with Coral Wilkinson for advice on how to make the most of the HCP for my parents.
