Dr Sri is the best doctor I have ever seen. Very thorough and actually listens and explains everything to you. I'm not a fan of the other doctors but he is amazing. I still see him even though I've moved to Brisbane. Do expect to wait as they never run on time but seeing a good doctor is worth it.

Doctors are friendly and helpful. Only down side to the clinic is management as I have always had to wait 45 plus minutes for an appointment. If you work and need your appointment to run on time I would not recommend this practice. Expect any visit to take 2 hours.

Both Sri and Ali are amazing, so thorough and easy to talk to about anything, never dismissive or judgemental. Time waiting for appointments may be annoying but when you experience how attentive they are you can understand why they are often late. For me! that is worth the wait as they always give you time. Very happy and have been for years.

Time management between doctors and staff is very poor, a wait time of a hour from original appointment seems to be normal here.Ontop of this new dr (asimanogi o'hagen ) on initial consultation acted stressed and rushed.She had no intentions in listening to why i made the appoitment, she spoke down to me and treated me as if i was stupid.She should be revoked of her duty as there is no care.But As a regular client of Dr sri, i must say he is flawless and has always given me the time of day to explain what is wrong. As he also explains every situation to me.

Avoid: Dr O'HaganShe is judgemental, critical and doesn't investigate patient concerns. She spent a half hour lecturing me about my ovaries. Then told me that I didn't need exercise to be healthy. I was so annoyed I lodged a complaint with the ombudsman.Top Doc: Dr SriHe investigates and suggests tests that lead to correct diagnosis and is very personable. He presents information clearly, gives print outs, makes referrals where required and makes sure you are comfortable as a patient. Totally amazing.

Doctor Sri is a very experienced doctor who displays professional attitude in treating patient. He is very thorough in examining patient issues and can diagnose and provide good solutions. Comparing to some doctors I had before. He is at much higher professional level.

Great drs except for Dr O'hagan who proceeded to be very rude and offensive. Waited half an hour with a 4 month old for my partner to be questioned 'are sure you spend enough time with him'. Along with other comments that were very disrespectful.

Dr Ali and Dr Sri are both awesome doctors who take the time to actually listen and work with you on your issues. The reception staff are all super friendly and awesome ladiesHighly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to feel like a number.

I booked an appointment and when I looked at the email I seen it was doctor O'hagen and quickly cancelled. I see she has moved practices after all the complaints no doubt. Terrible experience with her before don't feel like being judged and criticised thanks.

Dr ohagan was completely rude and arrogant and I nil left in tears with my son who has a disability. I’ve NEVER been to such a dismissive Dr and wasted 40 mins waiting.
