A.B Paterson College contains a great community of teachers and students. Everyone is friends and you will always be supported no matter what you achieve. The school has high quality facilities and teachers students leadership, responsibility and resilience, such as the annual school camps. You receive individual attention and teachers are always supportive and open minded to questions. The tuck shop contains very good, cheap, food, and the uniform is worn with pride. I would say that some regulations, such as getting changed before we go home, despite just driving a couple of minutes to our homes, would need to become relaxed, and the class sizes are quite large, but overall a good school. I would recommend sending your children here.

We are very grateful to the school for providing the amazing opportunity for our daughter to enter the Qld Schools Volleyball competition for the first time with a Year 7 group. The girls loved the training and loved competing in the 3 day event! We are so grateful to the Teachers and Director of Activities for this opportunity. Our daughter loved it and it is a reflection of how much she loves the school.

Been going here for 9 years. Not once have a thought about moving schools. It’s amazing here and I love coming to school each day!

It was a great pleasure for me to be able to visit AB Patterson again yesterday with the ZCar Qld Group to assist the Yr 9 Japanese Studies Class. I always enjoy the outing to the College-the students’ interaction make it all worthwhile.Once again, I was truly impressed by the quality of your students - they are in a “class” of their own.

Been at this school for 9+ years and all I can say is that if you want the life sucked out of you a little everyday then this is a great choice for you.Majority of the teachers are rude and arrogant people who get some sort of high getting you in trouble.They say that they want the best for their students yet we all know they only care about their sweet succulent representation.

Mr. Davis does a fantastic job of helping to coordinate chess within the school and promotes the program as much as possible - so much so that there is a waitlist of over 20 students for the program! Many players are continuing to progress under the tutelage of our Gardiner Chess coaches - all of whom enjoy working with the ABP students.

As a representative of Code Camp we have been working with A.B Paterson to hold our holiday programs at the school for a couple of years now. The staff and students at the school have been an absolute pleasure to work with and couldn't be more accommodating.The school are also very generous to open up their facilities and allow students from surrounding schools to attend our programs.We look forward to returning here again throughout the school holidays and continue our valued partnership with the school.

I don’t know how they could possibly get one star. Best daycare and teachers ever.

Think hard before sending your kids here. Your well earned money is likely to go down the drain on recruitment to replace the mass-exiting of teachers and managing their deteriorating brand.Leadership is unapproachable, unrelatable, and clearly (in my opinion), sucking the life out of the teachers and students.
