Big thank you to the Amazing Anna & Dr Scheepers. If not for you guys going above and beyond for me, 2022 wouldve truly had been a nightmare.I had some issues with my physical health and all my adhd symptoms came back rushing in. Dr Scheepers immediately understood me, his high level of intelligence was obvious. He does not waste time talking, which some might be offended by, but I appreciate the way he gets to the point and helps me get to mine. I felt very understood and validated which was so important at this time. I also appreciate that he is very well-informed on many complex topics and diagnoses.Anna is an actual angel. Albeit me being a difficult customer, she really helped me. I truly appreciate how she understood my personality and temperament and then worked with that. She ensured I was always reminded of appointments and would even call when she saw I needed to make new ones.All in all, I am in awe with this team. I know how much the adhd community struggles with getting in with a good psychiatrist, getting sufficient admin support and working through systems - this team truly helped me with all of it. Thank you once again.My life has been so much more manageable because of you!

Amazing dr here with pharmaceutical products next door with dental high class minimum weighting times and professional Dr at this medical centre the staff are friendly and lots of room for personal space located with other shops there so food Coles dominoes and other 2 dollar shops subway as well great location lots of parking

Doctors are caring and attentive. Easy to get an appointment. Me and my family members have been close to a dozen times this last year so I’m not basing this review on a 1-off experience either. Thankyou.

Since changing to appointments only, you've made it far less efficient! I had an appointment today at 2.20. I was 5 minutes late only to find out there were at least 4 people in front of me waiting to see Dr Hinchy. That's around 1 hour wait. I rebooked for Saturday morning. I was told by receptionist that appointments are in 10 minute increments! Ridiculous! It should be at least 15 minute increments if not 20! Your greed has out weighed efficiency! Change this ASAP! I would've waited less time under the old system! This review is directed at the owners " not my GP."

I have been going to this medical centre for a long time. I was really happy to hear that they have moved to appointments. Made an appointment for my daughter and I and upon arrival was asked about a mask. I have an exemption because they set off my asthma. The doctor then refused to see me because I wouldn't put a mask on, would not get within 2 metres of me and wouldn't complete any paperwork so I could start seeing the appropriate team I need at the hospital. I won't be back.

Phoned the Centre on Saturday morning to obtain a tele health appointment to get critical prescriptions (could not visit due to flu like symptoms). Booked for the next day, Sunday. 5pm Sunday rolls around with no call. Called the Centre, no booking existed and no doctors willing to make a 2 minute tele health call because, and I quote “they don’t like to do them”. My partner now has to go without critical medication.Why was the appointment agreed to then? And if it was, why was the appointment not upheld on Sunday?No care whatsoever for the patient requiring critical prescriptions, which can not be filled by another doctor due to their nature. The only reason I’ll be coming back is because it’s too hard to get this far with prescriptions to try anywhere else at this stage. Pathetic service from staff. Patients treated like just another number.

i haven’t had any problems with this place ever, until i came in to sort out a referral for a psychologist and a mental health plan for myself.i had to wait a while, which i don’t have any issues with since medical places are busy and that’s just how it goes, but what i didn’t like was how the doctor i saw was extremely insensitive to my mental health issues, asking obvious and somewhat insulting questions in my opinion, and doing the bare minimum after i had to wait probably two hours for an appointment that took less than 5 minutes.this is all fixable, and i’m not going to name the doctor since they might’ve had a rough day, but for next time they really should be more sympathetic to those in need to mental health support, and learn what personal space is. I don’t think patients need a doctor 2 inches away, patronising your struggles.i left this place feeling worse than when i went in, please do better.

Pleasantly surprised last night. I presented half an hour before closing time with my daughter who needed some stiches out, not hopeful of being seen at this late time. But the helpful receptionist spoke with the doctor and the treatment nurse, and they both saw us straight away and got the job done in a friendly and professional manner.

Been going here for years. Since it became a charged practice the process of receiving Medicare rebate has been ridiculous. Last week I rang 5 times and had to wait 12 days for the staff to send me my correct invoice. Staff cut you off on the phone, promise to get it done but no accountability. How useless. Not good enough.

went in to deal with my social anxiety i struggle with daily to just get outside to just meet a receptionist female blonde short hair, with a poor attitude when i described what doctor hintchy had told me, she spoke down to me as i left. i do not think the doctor's know how she's treating patient's. i dont think ill go back there.
