Well would have to say a very enjoyable experience. From the 1st visit to Von Bibra Auto Village at Robina my husband Lorenzo was impressed. Was just looking but ended up buying a new Holden Trax. Ali looked after him on this visit. Friendly & informative. Will helped out on the next visit & the test drive was informative & professional. Devon is the insurance man & Mike handled the $$$. Got a great competitive price & was happy to take our trade in. Adrian in the service department explained the after service available.Daniel did the final run through, tuned in the radio with our favourites & connected us to Bluetooth. Little things but meant a lot. Also made a special trip to drop off 2 free movie tickets & a Holden key ring.We would highly recommend Ali & the team at Von Bibra at Robina, to anyone looking for a new car.Happy customers.

I had a trouble with my motor sensor and being on holidays was in a fix, but thanks to Marco at Robina, it was fixed in no time. Fantastic service

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I was sold a car that was told had cruise control and other features which it doesn't. Two weeks after purchasing the car I took it on for a service which they handed me the keys back immediately as the vehicle was under warranty they said it would be better to go through the manufacturer whom they would book an appointment they did advise it would be a few months before they could get me in. Flash forward to 6 months with little to no contact with them to get my car serviced. Finally able to book in and was told I could use my complimentary service to be sting with a $561 charge.

I’ve been shocked and so disappointed with the service costs today for my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander there for its 60K / 4 years service. First service outside of the capped price service and expected to pay a little more, but was taken aback by a huge bill despite having not found any problems or issues. This routine service also took a day and a half to complete, which caused its own major inconveniences because the mechanics were “struggling with it”.After facing a massive invoice, ($1700) and difficult conversations with customer service when it was disputed, I will not be returning for any service, and recommend anyone thinking of servicing their car outside of their Capped Price program to find alternative options.Overpriced +++As an aside, the courtesy bus driver team have been nothing but wonderful over the past 4 years.

I have been let down by your company Holden sever times. The last few times the could not be done as the wrong parts had been sent. The time before that they neglected to get the parts. The next was a guy rang to say that I had not been to my apt with my car at I had already been for my apt. Get with the programme. Sharpen up your act. Prices are up to blazers and not comparative as well. Annette Collins

I met Claudius Augustin at the Robina used car site over a year ago and was very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and he is the antithesis of what is painted as a car salesman. At that point they didn’t have the car I wanted but I have always remembered him so a year later in the market for another car and Claudius was the first person I called. He was able to get the car for us and it has been a pleasure dealing with him. I could quite possibly run out of superlatives to describe his service. Highly recommend him . Go talk to him and find out how good he is yourself.
