Yes very helpful with my set-up and changing some things in my order.

Today I had, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Who knew you needed to make an appointment to be able to send a faulty phone away to be repaired under warranty!After speaking with Telstra Gold Customer Support I was told to attend my local store to arrange a warranty repair to my phone.Upon arriving at the store the young trainee that served me was rude, uncompassionate and unaccomodating after expressing that I worked fulltime and couldn't make time to attend any other day, she just shrugged her shoulders and said she couldnt help today. She then sat down at the desk and stared at me while the Manager also confirmed there's no other way to send a phone off for repair except booking an appointment.During the whole time I was there they probably would have been able to book the phone in for repair but instead they stated they couldn't help. There was also a gentleman leaving who had also just had a bad experience regarding insurance. This store just does not care about its customers or their experience! Very disappointing!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the shop and corporately. I went to the shop on Saturday 4/3 issues with my phone not registering on the network. A new eSIM was installed.The same issue was still occurring so I returned to the shop the next day to be told the eSIM was still being provisioned. A ticket was allegedly raised and I was told I'd get a call from the numpty I spoke to. I explained to the staff member I need the phone working as I do on call for work and need to be contactable.The next day the same issue was still occurring. I return to the shop, spoke to the same bloke. I told him I was back, the issue was still the same and I hadn't received a call back. I was advised that he hadn't received an email so it must not have been done. I asked if he could check but he declined. I asked was there anything we could do to resolve the issue and he suggested I ring 132200. I reminded him my phone was not working and I had wasted hours calling earlier and going around in circles with the suggested use of the telstra app. I reminded of the need for a working phone for call outs but still got no assistance.The outcome from all this is that after probably 15+ years with Telstra, I walk up the shopping centre to a competitor and moved all our accounts to them.It's almost like Telstra is the Qantas of the phone world.

Waited in line behind 4 people, only to be ignored when it was my turn to be served, useless and pathetic service at this store will never purchase a telstra product from lakehaven ever again

I had a nightmare 2 weeks trying to fix an issue with myTelstra login.After a week and a half on chats, my problem was NOT resolved. Finally they told me to ring the Telstra number. I spoke to an officer for 1.5 hours (I kid you not) then the she called me back next day and after an hour she came to the conclusion that I should visit a Telstra centre. Hence my visit to Lakehaven. My problem was solved in 30 minutes by two enthusiastic young ladies. How good was that! Brickbats to Telstra for an archaic unuser friendly system which specialises in retaining old outdated client info! Thanks again girls at Lakehaven

Telstra Lake Haven. Not impressed with this store, I went to this store to try and get some help about old emails that keep downloading. Was told I needed to sign up with a gmail account and transfer all my emails over which would take me two years. Thanks for the NO help. Will never go back to the store

Absolute appalling service. Eight employees and not one of them got up to help the three customers in the store. All looking at their computers rather than serving the customers in front of them.

In and out in 10 minutes, Daniel was quick and helpful after 2 nightmare experiences at Tuggerah Telstra.

Hayden was the team member who assisted me today. He was very helpful and did his very best to help me sort out my bill problem. All the team members seemed very approachable and polite. Based on my experience today, I would certainly return to this store for any future products I might need. Well done Lake Haven Telstra team!
